Oral Surgery

Most all of the extractions at Monson Family Dentistry are performed by Dr. Monson.  This can range from single tooth extraction to full mouth extractions.  Depending on the treatment, Dr. Monson can prepare the extraction site for an implant by placing a bone augmentation to assist in maintaining the bone in the jaw.  If all the remaining teeth are to be removed, a denture can be placed immediately afterwards so the patient would not have to go without a smile.  Once the tooth is removed, there are numerous replacement options Dr. Monson can recommend.
